Sceau à cacheter en fer forgé. Prise de section hexa­gonale, sommée d'un bouton. Matrice circulaire en laiton. Ecu en targe timbré d'un heaume à 5 grilles couronné (?) taré de front as­sorti de lambrequins. Cimier : trois fleurs posées en pal entre deux proboscides. Une inscription autour du blason : « CHRISTIAN WILHELM BOENIGHAUBEN NOT : CAES : PUBL : ». Ar­mes : Ecartelé : aux 1 et 4, d'azur à trois fleurs posées en pal ; au 2 : une croix alésée ; au 3, un château. Comme l'indique l'inscrip­tion autour de l'écu, ce cachet est celui d'un personnage nommé Christian Wilhelm Boenighauben.
